2023 SUMMER CAMP [WEEKDAY] (JULY 24 TO JULY 28, 2023) [5-DAYS]

If for any reason due to COVID-19-related illness, restrictions, or concerns a camper is unable to attend camp, a pro-rated “store credit” equal to the days, or part-thereof, missed will be provided for the camper to attend camp at a later date and time. Such reasons may include, but not be limited to camper illness, camper parent/guardian illness, camp staff illness, COVID-19 self-isolation recommendation for the camper, COVID-19 self-isolation recommendation for camp staff, the camp facility closed for sanitizing, COVID-19 positive case at the camp facility, etc. We understand that a variety of people have a variety of concerns, comfort levels, and risk perceptions regarding COVID-19 and we are respectful of all scenarios where a camper may be unable to attend camp related to COVID-19.

If for any reason that a camper is unable to attend camp due to decision of camp managment, other than for a violation of the camp rules (e.g. such as for behaviour problems), a pro-rated “store credit” equal to the days, or part-thereof, missed will be provided for the camper to attend camp at a later date and time.  There are no refunds, only a pro-rated "store credit". Such reasons may include, but not be limited to: supervisor availability, facility maintenance, illness outbreak, etc. In the event of a violation of the camp rules, there will be no refund, and no "store credit".

It is possible that the camp facility may relocate from 533 Clarence Street to another location before or during the summer of 2023. This is not confirmed, but it is a possibility. The camp may very well remain at 533 Clarence Street for the entire summer, however, this is not known at this time. By registering, you agree that in the event the camp moves from 533 Clarence Street, the registration will not be refunded, but rather, transferred to that same camp week at the new location, and that in the event that the new loaction is not yet available during that same camp week, the registration will not be refunded, but rather a "store credit" will be provided towards an alternate summer camp week later in 2023 or alternatively in 2024.
